    Leslie Andrews is dedicated to helping women successfully manage symptoms associated with perimenopause. As a busy mom and entrepreneur she knows first-hand how difficult it can be to juggle the demands of a busy schedule while feeling tired, achy, and out-of-sorts. Her desire to live a more balanced life is what led her to become a certified health coach and develop a program that offers natural solutions to combat perimenopause and empower women to live their best lives. 

    My Story

    It started gradually. I always used to sleep like a baby, so why was I tossing & turning so much? I had my massage therapy practice for only 5 years when I started noticing joint pain. It didn’t make any sense – I couldn't possibly be burned out already?! That was just the beginning.  I started noticing other things; my hair was thinning. My periods were changing. I was always so irritable and couldn’t seem to concentrate on anything. Then there was the stubborn belly fat that I could not seem to get rid of. I was frustrated and seriously exhausted. My business was suffering and so was my poor family.


    I tried so many things looking for something – anything to help me feel better, but no matter how many different diets I tried or how much I worked out, nothing worked. I definitely didn’t want to resort to medication or synthetic hormones either. I was at a loss.


    Many of my friends facing perimenopause were dealing with the same issues: mood swings, bloating, weight gain, forgetfulness, the dreaded hot flashes... I refused to believe that perimenopause had to be a miserable experience! So, I started doing some research and exploring different alternatives. It was a process. Gradually, I found the missing pieces of the puzzle. With small & simple steps, I started to feel more like myself again. I was sleeping better & had more energy. I wasn’t so moody & irritable. Slowly but steadily my stubborn belly fat was melting away! I could not believe after years of battling with myself how easy it was! I finally felt like I was in control again. It wasn’t always easy, believe me. I’ve invested a lot of time through the years learning what works & what doesn’t. Now, I don’t have the nagging aches and pains that used to interrupt my day, or the extra weight and bloating that brought me down, or the hot flashes that kept me up at night. Now I have the energy I need to take on all the responsibilities of my personal and professional life and I feel amazing doing it.
